Every option includes the complete Month 1 Discovery and Design phase. The difference is the level of coaching, hands-on development, and onsite involvement provided during implementation.

All options are four-month containers and include the full Month 1 Discovery and Design phase. Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. A higher-touch option with weekly sessions is available. Onsite travel is included for standard locations; extended-distance or hard-to-reach locations, and trips booked inside 21 days, carry a $1,500 travel fee.
The strongest option depends on the challenge or possibility, internal capacity, timing, organizational context, and level of implementation support needed.
