Dr. Nicole R. Robinson is an organizational culture strategist and creator of the 4P Culture Framework™. Across more than 25 years in higher education, she has served as a department chair, unit head, endowed chair, and university vice president.
Her experience across faculty, academic unit, and executive contexts allows her to understand institutional challenges from multiple vantage points. She helps leaders see beyond the immediate issue, identify what else may be possible, and design practical paths forward.
